Dr. Jandali and the physician assistants in the practice do NOT participate with all insurance plans. Dr. Jandali currently participates and is in-network with Medicare, Medicaid/Husky, Anthem/BCBS (excluding Anthem Medicare Advantage plans), and ConnectiCare. With all other insurance plans, Dr. Jandali is NOT a participating provider and is out-of-network.
